I've never seen such a belligerent manager in my life! It is NEVER ok to yell at your staff and treat them in the manner that you do sir. Your idea of "managing" staff may be ok where you come from, but it's not ok here where we treat each other with respect. I worry about what little staff you have left, and hope the owner fixes things. If not, this business will never survive with you there.
