Always look over you check. Last night, we were automatically charged a gratuity amount. We are family of four. I understand most places practice that for a group setting. The waitress pointed it out to us and apologized that her manager makes the tickets out. Seemed really shady to me, but we allowed her to keep the ticket as is and accept the gratuity amount. Other than that, Tom was our Chef and he was great! Food was really good too!
Repeated awful service with pi$$ poor management! 0 stars!!!
