This was my 4th visit from ******* over a 4 year period for various plumbing issues. Jerry and Breanna were so professional in everything they did today. I always have excellent work completed by this company and soooo reasonably priced. Only plumbing company I will call, Thank you. Vickie

We had a kitchen sink problem, Needed a faucet installed and new plumbing under the sink, as it was leaking. When my 86 year old Dad called the day before Christmas Eve,(XXXX) he spoke with Tommy Kimmons on the line, he was fantastic at "customer service".......He insured us someone would be there early in the morning of Christmas Eve day and that "Holiday" hours would not be charged. I had a kitchen sink problem. Jeremy and Bre (assistant) did an excellent job fixing the piping under the sink. They were professional and friendly doing the work. The labor and plastic pipes replaced were fairly priced. Also, Jeremy took the time to inform me on how to avoid future garbage disposal problems. I learned what I was doing wrong.

Jerry and his assistant (sorry I didn't catch his name) were both excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They got two jobs done for me in just under an hour: my kitchen faucet leak and a bathroom sink stopper. They kept me informed every step of the way, and explained things in a way I could understand. I feel the warranty the company offers is fair. Hopefully won't NEED them again, but if I do, will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs! Bonus: they were great with my curious pup :)

Jeremy and his helper Bre were on time, explains everything and was thorough and very professional. I can say they did a good job, We thought we needed a heat element replaced in our electric hot water heater, but Jeremy found that the on/off switch on the timer had been tripped and that was our only problem. We really appreciated their honesty in fixing our lack of hot water. When you look in the dictionary for plumbing there should be a picture of ******* Plumbing. We have used them for several years for our home and rental. They are the first to call back and schedule and prompt and highly reliable technicians show up. Give accurate estimates and perform the work in a timely manner. And always clean up. They are not the cheapest in town nor the most expensive. But who wants cheap plumbing?

Had some pipes that had worn out in two supply lines to the house. 1 by the house and 1 about 50 feet out in the yard. Sink holes had formed and stock ponds were almost complete. By the time I had dug up the leak by the house after turning off the pressure and draining the pond, I discovered more pipe splices, sizes, copper and pvc than was for sale at Home Depot. Excellent work completed on schedule. Fair price with no hidden charges for replacement of most of the plumbing lines and fixtures in my entire home. Minimal disruption of my household for the 5 days of work. My home was kept very clean. Telephone conversations with Tommy ******* were very pleasant, informative and helpful. Jeremy and Bre were efficient, hardworking, delightful people. It was a pleasure working with this company and I plan to use them for all of my future plumbing needs.
