Thanks so much for the quick, courteous response to my leaky outdoor faucet. I called on a Wednesday and was able to get my problem resolved the next day. I received a call to let me know they were on their way, which is always appreciated, and they arrived ready to do the job in a timely manner. I had Kimmons Plumbing come out to handle some plumbing issues caused from a water meter box being crushed and fixed. (Not by them) When the water meter was fixed, dirt and debris entered my lines and were not throughly flushed. I noticed a few areas in my house that had flow restrictions and Kimmons Plumbing were called to contact me about the issues. Mr Kimmons set things up and sent out 2 gentlemen named Jerry and Cade. Kimmons Plumbing has proven to be professional, timely, and cost conscious. After my septic to sewer conversion done incorrectly by another company began to cause serious plumbing problems, Jeremy and Bre came to the rescue. Jeremy kept me informed every step of the way and came up with a solution that invlolved some very hard work digging a trench under my crawl space in the freezing cold. Friendly, professional. They took time to answer all my questions. Mechanic Jerry and assistant Cade explained everything and kept me informed on work status. Work was discussed and cost updates as work took place. Work area left clean and all trash removed. Work is guaranteed for one year. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.
