We had a slab leak the week before Christmas, Mr. Kimmons gave us priority since we had to turn off our water heater. Jeremy was at the house on dec 23rd mapping everything out... thank God they did not have to break the tile or anything. Once everything was mapped out, another set of guys came over, Jerry, to get the new pipes in. Wonderful job! Very grateful for them.

I would like to say a big "thank you" to this company for their work. Last week, we had a very bad experience with another plumbing company that did bad sloppy work for us and it was a nightmare for a week. A friend of mine, recommended Kimmons Plumbing company to fix this big problem. I really could not trust anybody after week of stress but I tried and I am glad that I agreed for this recommendation. Second time ****** has worked at my house he was as good as the first time! His assistant *** is just as good. They are professional, courteous and explain their repair work in detail. I am very happy with Kimmons Plumbing!

So, the gentlemen who came to my house in August were ***** and **** and they came to work on a different issue in my other bathroom today, October 16th. Again, they were super professional, just a real pleasure to deal with, they really do go above and beyond. There was a compression stop on the CPVC line which was improper, so the builders put the wrong compression stop on the CPVC line, this lasted for about eleven years and finally started leaking. I will definitely use this company again. They did an excellent job, super pleasant and explained everything in detail to me. It looked like they also cleaned the inside of my toilet tank, so not only did they do a wonderful job fixing the problem (flush valve replacement) but they cleaned the inside of the tank as well. Also, they give a military discount, mine was $25.00 off the entire bill. Thanks again Kimmons!!!
