Mr. ******* responded to my phone call and every call politely & promptly to replace my broken hot water heater and even pick up the new one from the store if needed. The work was done timely, professionally, by tech Jerry who was incredibly neat and organized. He plumbed a little extra pipe to make the new tank work, swept up, and hauled off the broken tank and I was charged one reasonable,quoted price. The definite "go to" place for plumbing.

We have had Kimmons Plumbing fix a previous plumbing problem that we had in our house. The representative who responded was prompt, professional, and polite. We then wanted to upgrade two toilets in our house. Being that we had a very good experience the first time, my husband called to schedule an appointment and they said they could probably come out in about 3 days we said that would be great. Fantastic customer service finished two problems in half an hour. The man who serviced my water heater and drainage pipe was Kevin he was friendly and talked to me the entire time while he was fixing things even told me what i could do to prevent further problems
