I basically grew up coming to this office. Kimberly Osborne is a very nice doctor and always has been, anybody else is meh including the receptionist. I do however have concerns that in the 15 some odd years she’s seen me, she has never once dilated or even offered to dilate my eyes and has never asked me questions or given me information on the freckles on my eyes. Dr, Osborn has always been very nice and caring with my family and i, from my mom to my children. We have been her patients for over 15 years.
Dr. Osborne has been my eye doctor for more than 20 years, and i have continued seeing her because of the exceptional care and kindness she hs always shown me. As I have gotten older, she has been very understanding of the changes in my health. She truly listens to my concerns and carefully adjusts my prescription according to my needs. Extortion artists that enjoy writing random numbers on your prescription then refuse to rewrite it unless you pay again. On the up side, now I have no reason to go near a Walmart again
