Kim is awesome. She is knowledgeable, bright, positive, and aggressive. I was unsure of how much to price my house at and she encouraged me to trust her and she was right! My house sold overnight! She also helped me buy a house at the same time. She is very quick to respond via email, phone, or text. I highly recommend her, whether buying or selling.
