I was a first time home buyer during the pandemic. Talk about bad timing. Also, my closing was anything but normal. Problems with the house, were withholding the chance of me getting it. I’m not sure that anyone else would’ve gone so far above and beyond to make my closing happen. Kim is amazing at her job and as a person in general. Kim was an absolute joy to work with. We were selling 2 houses and purchasing one. She was always on top of every question or situation. She made it all seem so easy, she knew exactly what to do at all stages of the process. I highly recommend her. Thank you Kim.

I can't say enough good things about Kim. We were moving out of state and needed to sell our home rather quickly and we were clueless to the whole process. She was professional yet so personable and made us feel extremely confident throughout the entire process even during a pandemic! I bought and sold my first house through Kim. As a first time buyer and seller, she made the process easy and comfortable. I have been extremely happy with both circumstances. She truly works for you and is extremely knowledgeable. Kim is well connected in the industry which greatly benefited me when buying and selling. I have had nothing but great experience with Kim and would recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor to go the extra mile...and then some!

Kim was amazing, when I met her, I told her, I needed more than a realtor, I need a magician. I waited till the last minute to find a realtor. I was so glad I did, because she magically appeared in my life. I was working with a guy for years, but had changed jobs within the company, so hadn't seen him in a while. This is the second time we've used Kim as our realtor, and we wouldn't have found our forever home if it weren't for her. We were selling our home and buying at the same time which can be stressful, but it went off without a hitch. We had multiple offers on our home within two days, and the process that followed the offers went so smoothly because of her professionalism. When looking for a realtor you cannot do any better than Kim. Looking for a realtor can be really challenging (and frustrating if you have had a bad experience), but Kim came highly recommended and exceeded already lofty expectations. She had our house sold within 2 days of listing for full price! Three things I really look for in a realtor is reputation, professionalism and trustworthiness. We are first time home buyers and working with Kim was wonderful from the start. She is attentive to our schedules, questions, and time. She responded during nonbusiness hours when we needed help or guidance. She also followed up professionally and that helped immensely as we were quite forgetful with the whole experience being new.
