We chose this area based first on the public school rankings. Long before signing a lease anywhere, though, we vetted community information. A full inspection of the apartment at Kilnsea Village is no different than any place we've ever lived (and I've moved more often, to more places, than anyone I know). I always have a wonderful experience with the staff they are always on top of my needs. They even Sing me happy birthday yesterday thank you Buffy I love you. I still question what makes my building a senior building other than the elevator, there is nothing in these apartments that can help out a senior.
Too many issues to review right now but I will come back to this and why they are hands down NUMBER 1, actually they don't even deserve that either!!!
I lived at Kilnsea Village for two years and loved it. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are great. The office and maintenance staff are very kind and responsive. If I still lived in the area, I would still be living at Kilnsea!
