Whatever y’all do please don’t rent at Kilnsea Village Apartments! Apartment: 618 In September my lease was going to be up, however five “BATS” within two weeks ran me out before I could even give my 60 day notice. I’ve been living here for 6 months and i now HATE it and feel it’s time to GO ! The new property manager seems to be picking. The rent is so high and i never can seem to park in front of my building you have to find parking and walk to your building bad enough i live on the 3rd floor. In my kitchen I only have four cabinets to store grocery and 2 of those are very high. I keep paying to have My carpet clean and the dirt from previous renters keeps coming back up! The reason this place gets a two star is due to the management. They are unprofessional and they only care about getting you into the apartment. After that you are on your own. We had a bad bug problem and they wouldn't come and deal with. It took my 3 month old and my 3 year old getting bit while they slept for them to do something. Other than that the place is great.....
I have been living here for almost a year with my family, the kitchen sink is crammed all the time, several dog feces are buried between the apartments, several people who do not live in the condominium using the gym and the swimming pool, here is not a safe place. door is broken I can not wait to finish my contract to change
The staff is great and respond very quickly to any issues and concerns. The maintenance crew is professional and respond promptly to problems. The amazon hub that was added was a great idea. The movie theater and the rest of the amenities are great.
We love being close to everything. We take advantage of the sauna and the movie theater frequently. The staff is friendly and helpful.
