Tony is an excellent communicator, Tony is RELIABLE, Tony is TRUSTWORTHY, Tony sincerely cares about solving whatever problem is described to him - and he follows up (aka Tony is consciencious). Highly recommended.
Tony is highly experienced and came ready to do the job. He took the time to discuss our problem and gave suggestions for a solution. We took several of his business cards and are giving them out to neighbors and friends who need this service.

Had a hornet's nest in my tree so I called Kill em Dead and Tony came out to my house right away to get rid of it. I didn't even need to leave work or make an appointment. He took care of the nest then took payment over the phone. He was very nice and answered all my questions as I've never dealt with this kind of thing before. Would totally hire him again.
They contacted me immediately, and were at my house the next day. They called to let me know they would be about 15 minutes late. Inspected the house, sprayed and came back when our roofers found ants under the old roof. No extra charge. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
He was very attentive to the phone call and rush over in a hurry, Sprayed my house and charged me for 3 treatments and only came once.
