I thought the cost was too high
A few weeks ago I contacted Tony about a rodent infestation in my row home. When he showed up he carried a small box, which held a few cheap wooden traps, a few Rodenticide Bait Blocks, and one bait station. He did not bring a ladder, or a flashlight, or enough bait blocks, or traps, or bait stations, to deal with the infestation. Found swarming termites after heavy rain in basement. Found Tony on homeadvisor. Prompt and professional service with thorough explanation of steps involved in treatment. Work is guaranteed for 10 years.
The spraying lasted 2 weeks - after which the bees were back. I called for another service (willing to pay again) - and was stood up twice waiting for Tony after we made the appointments. Very unprofessional.

There is no warranty on carpeter bees
Tony has great communication skills and was very helpful in solving my problem of ant in my sun room and in my back yard. He guaranteed his work for 30 days, and advised that he would check with me in a few weeks to see if the problem had been solved. He also used products that would not affect my children or my pets. I like that he was considerate of my needs for a safe ad healthy home.
