Great customer service. Good job and was fast. He let me know it would take 2-10 hours to dry, yes it's took 10 hours to dry. Wish it would dry faster. Overall very good.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Killeen Steam Team!! They are fantastic and the price is RIGHT bob!!!! They worked MAGIC ON THIS HOUSE!!! They even cleaned the walls!!!! If you are moving out, do yourself a favor and let Killeen Steam Team come clean your house!! They are worth far more than they charge!!!! Sadly, I was not impressed. Nice enough people, but with poor attention to detail.
The best ! I have dogs and they got every hair and spot off the carpet ! I also use them for the auto detailing and my couches will be cleaned next week ! They are very thorough!! They also use all natural products !
