I would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment today July 28th, and they accidentally set it for the 21st. They tried twisting it on me saying it was somehow MY fault. They did not try to help me out at all. I get mistakes are made but when you are a business and make a mistake, you fix it. They did not. They told my I'm SOL and they will come later. No discount, no nothing. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

absolutely! my dog had a rather bad accident on the carpet in two rooms (she got sick one night). had them come out to Fort Hood to clean up the stain left after trying to clean it up myself. excellent job! fast and professional! smells great too!
Very professional and kind! They were able to get me in last min. They called and asked if the could come earlier than scheduled and under up completing the job much sooner than expected which was much appreciated on a weekend! Him and his son came and were very respectful of my home, pets and myself as I stayed in my home and cleaned the rooms they were not cleaning. They were rude when I told him he was not to use water on the laminate. When I asked him to come see all the water left on the floor he was mad. He was also mad I made him try to dry some of the water up. They left the stove unplugged so I called him and he said,”You want to come all the way over to just plug in a stove.” I said yes I do but do not bother thank you for not being helpful or not listening.
