This was my 1st visit great service.
Dr. Pfefferle is the kindest doctor I've ever met. After I first met him and his staff, I knew he'd be the one to do my knee replacement surgery. His care program is outstanding. He listened when I explained my fears. He assured me he would look after me and his demeanor was comforting to me. He didn't rush me when I cried a little. He's such a great surgeon!
