I did plenty of research and chose to drive one hour for Dr. Pfefferle. The surgery went so well and I was never nervous after getting to know the Dr and staff.The STAFF is amazing, everyone has bad days but you would not know that dealing with this staff. Dr. Pfefferle is WONDERFUL He is very patient! He completely focused on me, and my questions! I didn't feel rushed at all! We decided that the best course of action for me would be to have a total knee replacement. However, it could not be scheduled right away. When I asked him why I had to wait, he told me that recent studies have shown that one should wait at least three months after cortisone injections for surgery.
