The nurses and the doctors are always patient. My questions are answered and I never feel rushed. The office staff is also great. Appointments start on time, nurses return calls and when there is an illness, I can get my son in. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience!
Dr. Operti is just wonderful. My kids love her. She has a natural way with kids AND adults. She is clear about instructions. The wait time is always short (very rare). The staff is all friendly, thorough, and always willing to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They are there for you when you need them, very understanding and very nice staff. And Operti-Cinsidine she is such a great pediatrician love all of her staff. my two year old loves this place.
