The way they work on a holiday is very unprofessional. They were short on staff. Forget about calling them and getting information. You dial 1 for reception, it doesn't go through, dial 2 for nurse, it doesn't go through, dial 3 for hours of operation, it does not go through!!!! The answering service for my doctors office said the kids doc is open so I wanted to confirm that they're open because their web site didn't say so. I tried calling over and over, no luck!!! Horrible staff and doctors never going there again
This place was such a waste of our time. I took my daughter here because she had 104 fever and a very painful sore throat. The doctor looked at her and said her tonsils look fine and she will probably feel better soon. First of all, my daughter doesn’t have her tonsils anymore and her throat looked like an open wound. I took her next day to a real doctor, an ENT, who diagnosed her with mononucleosis.Even her ENT was quite surprised that no treatment was prescribed to her as she was in a terrible shape.
