This was a very positive experience with a tech who has the patience of a saint. My laptop got a little wonky when I got some bd stuff a while back and I thought Windows 10 would fix the issue- NOT ! So I contacted these folks and with many obstacles and interuptions. It is now perfect ! Good Job !
