Bougutna car in May 2017. Love the car. Hate the dealership & the people. Especially the mechanics. They suck & don't know what their doing nor do they have good customer service skills. Smh. Don't buy a car from this dealership. & to make matters worse. I did complain.. TWICE. And heard nothing back. No one reached out to me help with my issue. One again, HORRIBLE customer service. ## IDIOTS
After seeing sold a car at dealership property I was nice enough to pay to have repaired 2 weeks later I ate it but when I found out I was illegally sold car w dirty title I went back and was assaulted by 2 of dealers choked tooth knocked out phone ripped out of my hand and stole Eddie Rivera is one who has a rap sheet ten plus all violent including assaulting cop check your dealers criminal record they all are criminals and slimy I'll post pics and police reports of them and I have had 7 surgeries on leg in past year could ... read more
Bought a vehicle here in May, 1 of the keys were broken, Eddie took key and said he would have it fixed, lost key. Now asks me to pay for new key. Here it is 4 months later and still no resolution and calling 800 KIA number and they can't get them to call me about this either. Totally disapointed in the crappy service I have had to deal with since I purchased at this place.
I had visited many Kia Dealerships throughout Florida. The Vero Beach Dealership had the best pricing without the usual pressure I received at other dealerships. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Kia Soul. I was also happy with the finance dept. and the customer service. Kia of Vero Beach made my car buying a pleasant experience. Thank you Eddie!
The gentlemen in the service department are always polite and friendly. They explain/show what needs to be repaired and the cost, before doing it. I feel safe with my car when I leave. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
This place rocks Eddie made buying my first car an easy and enjoyable experience. He was true to his work no b.s. Went to other locations and was having trouble with people staying true to their word. Not with Eddie it was cut and dry no hidden fees, no trying to up sale or steer me the wrong way. I would recommend this place highly�
