Friendly staff in the service department! We have a warranty on our car and it covers our oil changes and tire rotations, definitely worth it!!
Absolutely worst dealership in the area. It's a shame they lie, and text you telling you they have "Great" news. WOW.... Completely unprofessional. Great news is not bring $2,000.00 and your payment went up 200.00 plus dollars from the evening before. Which is when they pulled credit.. AND gave me the credit information. WOW.
Absolutely the worst car buying experience. Between being lied to and then told my current car needed "a lot of work", completely unprofessional. When I asked what was so wrong with my current car, the finance manager informed me that I needed a safety check, which is why my car was in such bad shape. After telling him that I couldn't afford the $100 the payment went up over night, he tried to bully me into the deal telling me I could just refinance in a year, that's what everyone else does. Bought a Kia from this place less than a week ago. Was sold different vehicle than what I was told I was getting, actual car and website were nowhere near the same car. Vehicle wasn't cleaned, just hosed down and the front seats vacuumed. Mold in the back of the car. Wasn't allowed to inspect vehicle, due to being "in clean up" engine light came on ten miles from dealership, and now having to spend over a thousand dollars to repair and fix everything just to make it safe to drive!!!!
