Pushy salespeople is one of my pet peeves and the term I could use to describe the people at kia. If a person is going to purchase a car, they will. Simple as that. What can confuse and frustrate a customer is a sales rep all in your face. I understand that's how people make their commission but damn, let the customers think and relax. Plus Derek said that they was going to do a soft pull on my credit which turned out to be a hard pull or hard inquiry when I checked it. Shame on you Kia!!😡😡😡
