I took my Kia Soul to get a/c repair yesterday, my car is under warranty, but he put dye in there to check for leak, no leak so he decided to put freon in it STILL Hot ! I call back and told him I will take to my mechanic to see what wrong !man got mad , I guess because I'm a woman, I'm dumb ! They don't want to coverage the warranty! I BE BACK MONDAY, I KNOWS WHAT WRONG WITH IT !!!

Beware of the red Dealer added Addendum sticker. The Protection Package is an unethical way to add $3,995 to the price. They are charging extra money for factory included options such as clear coat and underbody paint. Make them show you in writing the dealer added "Paint/Rust protection" or any so-called dealer added options. When you ask, don't be alarmed when they can't. Don't be fooled by their smiles.
