This review is corent for 3/16/2021 Stopped by the dealership 2 days ago and lease a new kia...... after long and tiring day I was over charged 6,000 +$.... got home made the phone call to the sale person and was promised that the problem will resolve the morning after, And sure it wasn't...... by the end of the day he finally respond and asked me to remind him tomorrow to take the easu to the guy above and I should expect a phone call during work hours, Sure didn't happen...... its Tuesday before midnight and I called all d... read more

Absolute worst car buying experience ever. Put a deposit down on a truck which was not built yet. Sales rep provided a computer print out of the same model/options, etc. for $41,000.00. The lease price was $515/mth. Rep said price could fluctuate $5-10. Waited 2 1/2 mths for truck to come in. On the day of pick up, we completed lease application, and dealer transfered old plates as well as insurance info. They offer factory kia parts on line I purchased a under the hood fuse box about 300. when it did arrive they had placed a stay dry package in with the part it tore open during shipment and the fuse box have little rocks jammed all in the part. We were not willing to put the part in the car. Took pictures emailed then 3xtimes no response. My husband called and finally got someone that argued we should try it anyway, did not as it may blow something else. They agreed to send a new part out and send us a return label that day.... read more
