Went here to fix an electrical issue. They told me the rear lights were put on backwards. They ordered the parts and installed them. When I went to pick up the car after being "fixed", I was reassured that the electrical problem was fixed. And as soon as I got home the issue had not been fixed. Very deceptive when getting a car loan tried getting a car loan I thought I was promised a car loan approval then found out I was not approved by the banks
I went for a service 2/31/2025 resulting in $1331.97 worth of repairs and by 3/06/2025 my vehicle was barley operable resulting in $931.15 in repairs. How could service done with care leave my vehicle inoperable so soon? On 5/31 my vehicle was diagnosed as needing a catalytic converter which was causing my check engine light to come on. Bought a car from here. Hasnt worked right since I got it. They act like youre annoying them. Dont give you a car so they can fix it. They had my car a month!! Supposed to fix the air that wasnt working. Cost $1000! Air still doesnt work!!! Its going us $400 to get it fixed right to work!! They didnt do anything at Germain *** they were supposed to!!! I have dropped my car off with Archer Kia, and they do not provide loaners and keep your car for weeks. I call asking for the service advisor to find the status of the car, but they always appear to be away and never respond. I was told a week to have my car diagnosed, 15 days later, and no diagnosis, just sitting there. I'm in urgent need of transportation, and Archer Kia is doing nothing for the customer.
This dealership sold us a certified pre-owned vehicle that had a class action settlement already settled due to engine issues. Our sales contract was missing crucial documents, and when we asked the dealership for the documents, it took them almost a week to produce them. The experience I had at this dealership was the absolute worst I have ever had. They flat out lied to me and gave me a price over the phone to get me in the door. I told them multiple times that I had to drive 2 hours with young kids after work. He told me multiple times over 2 different phone calls that we could make the deal and that it would be easy. I bought a used car from this place 7 /3/2025. ( well the gentleman that I spoke with and that actually delivered the car and sold it to me and that I handed cash to. ***** *** ) Anyway, six hours after buying the car it had to get towed to my mechanic and as of today is still there.
