If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. After purchasing my car at the very end of December, on my way home (3 hour drive) I noticed that the car, a new Kia ******* PHEV, was shaking. I called ***** the sales rep, and he mentioned that because I took the car on a warmer day, the tire pressure might be off, and try to adjust that when I get home. Fair enough. This dealership has avoided ALL emails and calls after selling an extended warranty to me that had over ****** miles remaining on this warranty. To my dismay, the actual extended warranty company stated NO SUCH warranty limits exist and denied the claim submitted! My car needs repairs and have accrued thousands of dollars in car rental expenses,etc. I, NOR any innocent consumer should NOT have to pay for the ineptitude and complete ignorance of this dealership! Horrible experience when Leasing a new vehicle here and other services. They promised the initial car had specific features. Drove 2 hours from my current residence to find out the car was the complete opposite and had none of the features. They then introduced me to the same model but 2022 PHEV version of the vehicle which they spiked up the prices and also didn't have some of the features. Very very bad experience with this dealer. I ordered a new car *** 2022 Telluride Dark **** with ****( Salesman) and they promised me the delivery in 4 months. But they never gave me any update on the order, after many days I called them to see if the car is shipped from the manufacturer. Now this time their answer was due to high demand and supply being low the car price is marked up more from what was agreed upon. I don't know what is the point of agreeing if it's fragile. I was lied to and told yhat if I didn't purchase a $4000 protection plan *********** wouldn't approve my loan. Then I find out the protection plan only cost $1000. They don't return phone calls. VERY sleazy. The finance manager should go to jail. Never buy a car alone, ESPECIALLY at KIA of Huntington. ALSO, they said they would fix a big scratch on the side of yhe car and never took care of it. Again, no return calls.
I spent 5 hours to finalized a purchased, my sales person had me waiting while he was talking to other potential buyers. I purchased a 2021 ************ after driving for 191 Miles the transmission failed. I immediately call the dealer to my surprised my calls were ignored. I leased a 2021 Kia Sportage but needed to turn in my old lease which was an Acura TLX. The dealership said they will take the car and turn it into Acura on my behalf. That was my first mistake, not only did they not turn it in , not pay for it but advertised the car on the website for over $21k. I then get a letter from Acura financing that my account was open and Kia of Huntington is selling a car without a title and I am still responsible for the car and my credit score will be affected. I am sorry for your experience. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We sent your payoff out immediately but the bank had given us an amount which was $50 short. Our check was cashed by the bank and no one had informed us of the shortage until you spoke with *********. We then sent out a check for the difference $50 and took care of the matter. Bought a Kia Soul 6-16-2021, the finance person stated they would send bill of sales, window sticker, and policy number but did not. They stopped answering my phone calls, and I am out of state and unable to send this information currently. The manager hangs up on you. Very shady business.
Pathetic excuse for customer service at the dealership. Go somewhere else! We arrived with the specific car identified from the online inventory and had to wait over 5 hours for them to get it from the warehouse "20 minutes away". After we agreed with terms at 1 hour in, they rarely acknowledged or communicated with us for the next 4 hours.
