We had contacted the dealership ahead of time and submitted our credit info online. We had very limited time. Mike had our car and paperwork ready and made the experience fast and easy. They were very friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again when we add our second car.
The service is sorta overpriced and they don't ever seem to take care of you that well and kinda just seems like they are mainly just after a buck or 2 and that's about it !
I will admit that they promptly serviced my vehicle, and for that I don't have any problems. I had went online and requested a $79.95 oil change and while there agreed to a $28 tire rotation. I expected that to come out around around $120 with tax. My biggest complaint is they didn't tell me upfront what the costs were, and then after when I went to pay, they overcharged me and distorted the cost of each service by creating different categories other than specific to the two items I requested. I am a owner of a 2012 Kia optima which I had put in the shop at Kia last Wednesday! Due to a cylinder miss fire. I contacted them numerous times to not get a call back at all from February til this month when my car messed up an I had to put it in the shop! I get my call today that I can pick up my car with the news of it is the engine but the only thing we know to tell you is to drive it till the motor blows keep the records of all oil changes you do then we can repair it for free!!!
