Had to have our engine replaced for a known Kia motor issue. They did not replace the under engine splash shield well. It came off except for one corner and was dangerously dragging under the car. New engine but car still can't be driven. After paying for a full new engine, we should be able to trust that all the bolts were tightened. I shouldn't have to worry about what other loose things they left. Our service manager seemed eager to help until we told him to go ahead and replace the engine. Pierre and Clyde did a great job getting us a good deal on a new Kia. Process was smooth and straightforward. We have bought multiple Kia vehicles and they have all been reliable.
