My daughter’s KIA needed significant repairs and Tim, in their service department, took great care of our entire situation. I realize there’s a whole team behind/around him but he explained things thoroughly, gave us options and kept communications flowing throughout the process. I’ll def choose KIA of Chatt again thanks to Tim’s approach and effort.
We were traveling thru and began to have an engine problem. We went on line and found the dealership , called explained our situation and went to the dealership . The paper work was waiting when we arrived and the advisor took over . The tech and the advisor professionally handled the issue with great communication and repaired the car . I would highly recommend Kia of Chattanooga .
