Poor customer service

At this point just close this location the customer service sucks always out of everything but instead of saying something you just don’t put it in the bag or you just substitute with what you feel the customer wants instead of asking them. You spend 20 minutes in line with no other cars mind you while the 4 people working stand and chit chat. Just awful and you don’t get a refund if it’s wrong you just get the honor of waiting longer for them to walk around in circles lost.
