I think the staff just legitimately dislike customers. They behaved like they knew us personally and disliked us intensely. Cashier on the receipt is Karla. We ordered for here and it was bagged up to go. I don't think they salted the instant potatoes. Maybe they just discourage use of the inside of the restaurant.
No one in drive though. I sit to make order for five minutes then they tell me to hold on a minute. I wait 3 more minutes all of they’re open they say yes.(4:30pm). Then nothing else. If this is an owner operator I would strip them of the franchise. This location is the reason why people don’t eat kfc anymore.
Routinely the indoor dining is not open despite supposedly closing at 10pm. All the doors are usually locked by 8pm!
Probably the worst service I have had at a drive through. The person claimed they didn't have several of the options on the menu and instead of a large drink, I was given a small. When questioned, they claimed that's the only size cup they had. Instead of trying to get a refund I took my food and drove off. The meal I got only contained 2 tenders instead of 3 and the sauce I asked for wasn't in the bag. I will NEVER return to that location.
