Ordered with a group, 2 of them got their food in 15 mins while we waited almost 40 mins for our food. We asked how much longer on our order and all of them were on their phones and didn't even start on our order. Their phones were more important than doing their job. Cashier blamed the cooks but she was also on her phone too smh. Also kept forgetting our biscuits and sides. We were the only ones in there.
I got some chicken from here today and i don’t think it was cooked all the way. The skin was I don’t know squishy smh. The manager the one with no teeth was rude. I saw the police pulling up because of a customer who I think had a similar experience idk! But I will NOT BE COMING BACK HERE! I’ll just stick with WING STOP!
The employees don’t care at all about customers and dashers Always same thing KFC should take a point about that
