I ordered about 2 weeks ago and they told me they didn’t have the pieces I order so they said they could replace it with nuggets which I kindly decline and told them I’ll just cancel my order. It’s been 2 weeks since I waited for my refunds and I still haven’t receive it yet and I even personally went to the store to talk to the manager and waited as they told me… till now I still haven’t gotten my refunds.
The Manager and the daughter of the manager was the only thing OK about there, the other workers refused to give Ice or replace Stale Pop but im not for that so it was fixed by managent..Chicken was horrible, Biscuits were hard..look If you LOVE yourself Dont come to this location, to be honest it is the worst fathers day food a man could have..
There were so many things wrong when I pulled into this KFC. The drive thru speaker was broken, the drive thru window was shattered and they were out of CHICKEN. The only thing worth complimenting is Michelle’s service. She was friendly, calm and apologetic despite it all. Somebody get that store some help and give Michelle a raise!!!
This location was the victim of vandalism today June 5th, yet they were still open. And when I say vandalism I mean sliding window completely shattered and the door shattered. But the people that we came in contact there that were the workers despite the chaos got us hot food and we’re friendly the store was clean other wise and they were just doing their best despite a very stressful day. I truly commend this crew. You guys deserve a raise for the stuff you put up with at that location!
