The staff here is great. We’re always seen in a timely fashion. I do not like the new facility, there is no privacy when talking to the receptionist. The waiting room echos badly and every one is listening as you check in... maybe that’s something that could be corrected to be more HIPPA friendly
very fast service. very friendly. I had to have a cyst cut open and the P.A. was over the top amazing. talked me through it even joked around with me seeing as i was nervous beyond belief. I would recommend ANYONE to go.

Everyone was very caring and understanding. Gina was so helpful and she took really good care when stitching me up. They have moved into the new facility on Norland Avenue. Would recommend Keystone Urgent Care to everyone.
I went in to found out what was wrong i waited about 20 minutes got to see my Doctor about my problem & left really pleased with the place
Had a 45 minute wait but got diagnosed. Dr was pleasant. Facility is immaculate.
