Dr Steinour was great with my 11 year old granddaughter. He explained what he was going to do before he did it. She wasn't so afraid. He took the time to talk to her and put her at ease. It meant a lot to us. The entire staff was great to us. Thanks.

RecommendedMy daughter hit her head on the cabinet door and needed stitches on Jan. 27 about 5 p.m. I think her doctor was Dr. Shannon and I can’t remember her nurse but she was an LPN. They were both professional but warm and dealt with us efficiently but personably. I could not say enough good things about them. They put three staples in the cut without anesthesia and she didn’t cry. I credit the doctor, nurse and my daughter for that. Thank you so much for making a bad experience no worse!
