Bought a new Escalade ESV Platinum and they sold it to us while trying to fix whatever wasn’t working - what was to be a promised less than 1 hour sign and drive off experiences was 3 hours plus of stalling for what we had no idea. Until driving home and the steering wheel commands don’t work etc. unethical! Called the Dealership GM to highlight and he said “that is what a warranty is for” - but in the end agreed he would be upset too to buy a new car and have it not fully work or for such a delay in the buying process. I went to the Service department they treat me very well I would recommend anybody is a great place
I usually always deal with Sam in the service Dept, who I absolutely adore, but this time he was not in so I was assigned to Bruce. Bruce was very upbeat, courteous & professional with a quick organized manner that I sure appreciate. So I guess it is fair to say that I now have 2 service agents that I truly like to work with in the Service Dept at Keye’s Woodland Hills.
The dealership is run with the highest level of professionalism. My first experiences were with service. Which is prompt, polite & efficient.
