About two years ago we bought a 2013, high end Escalade. Since then it’s been a nightmare going to the dealer every few months for major problems such as engine issues (car was there for over two weeks!), shocks, steps, door, and other issues, we pay a lot of money every month for this car and we don’t really enjoy it. I spoke with the service department many times until I finally made up my mind to contact Cadillac headquarters. Now they investigate the situation. Hopping for a complete cooperation with them �
