Worst customer service ever! Wanted to make a deal but instead, didnt even bother to make any counter offers or offer anything else. Didn't feel welcoming and sad to say maybe it was our looks. Too bad. I guess some people don't want your business if your not white
Unfortunately I can't rate this dealership anything more than 2 stars. My appointment for an oil chance was at 8 am and at 11 my car was still waiting in line for it. Wasn't offered a loaner car and the staff forgot to update me on the wait. I was told an oil chance will last no Longer than an hour with appointment. I left the dealership at 12.30 pm, without having my car cleaned also.
