Sales manager will not return calls regarding the car we purchased earlier in the week. I’m sure that this is a normal thing as they shuffle the calls around like floor like the Harlem globetrotters. I would think twice before buying from them again.
Really bad experience there’s no professionalism
Just had the molding fixed for the 4th time in 3 years now I have to take the car back in to have them buff out all the scratches they made replacing the molding. I have yet to have a good experience with the Keyes Woodland Hills service department!
Charged $200 to due an inspection, Then $3,000 worth of repair work and didn't even wash the car before returning it to me.

Bait and switch! Lied about a vehicle on the lot to get me there, it was sold days ago and they knew it too! Drove 110 miles and a complete sham! Never again!
