Just purchased a Genesis at Keyes at the Sherman Oaks location and Julian Kim made the difference!! with his professional yet personal care and total follow through we were able to complete the deal with confidence!! We have been completely thrilled with a BMW and Infiniti in the past but decided to give a Genesis a try..so far, so good!!
I think they offer great service. Oil changes are a little high which is why I gave them 4 stars but they do offer great amenities while you are waiting.

my visit to the van nuys store was not what i expected..... got to check on them to see if they actually did what they said.... went in for help with blue tooth and was told they had a recall for an inspection... dont know if they did the inspection but they said they checked tire aire pressure and that was NOT done.... all the tires were different.... all the tires were low.... went back,.,, talked to service manager and complained techs are saying they are doiing things they arent...
