Advertised certified pre- owned but later told that meant certifiable and I would have to pay another $1800 to get it actually certified. Totally dishonorable. Said they were a part of the Costco Auto Save program and found out from Costco they weren't. Bought my first Hyundai from them but will not buy my 3rd from them, if I ever buy another car.
Don't ever trust Hyundai. This is a very bad dealer ! When I buy my new Hyundai sonata Hybrid 2013 they told me that 100.000 miles in 6 years everything will be under warranty . And now after 2.5 years my car is broken , tow truck took it to the hyundai service . They told me that it's a battery and you have to pay for that, I said ok. After they changed it I received a call and was told that car is still not working and not able to drive.they tolde that They will need to change some other parts and it will cost me about $12... read more
Matt (sales) and Steve Chung (fleet manager), A+! Anthony Lucas (Finance Manager) was A+ as well. I was going to look around more, but Steve's calm, friendly demeanor, knowledge and willingness to work with my husband and I on the price made this an easy decision. Every time that I've taken my car for service, he always keep me inform and helped me to find extra discounts for my Elantra.
