My 2013 Santa Fe Sport needed to have a total engine replacement. My service advisor, Jimmy Molina, arranged for a Lyft to take me to get a rental car which Keyes paid for in full, kept me apprised of the status of the repair and at the end of a month, I got my car back fully repaired under the 100,000 bumper to bumper power train warranty and was charged absolutely nothing for any of the above. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

SCAM ALERT! Horrible dealer experience! Worst ever! We drove up from San Diego to purchase an electric Kona to find that vehicle at 35% charge, which isn't enough to get us home! We called them right after opening and arrived at 4 pm. They couldn't be bothered to plug the car in! Then they tried to rip us off by charging $41500 for a vehicle that both on the official Hyundai website and on Keyes website is advertised for $38415!!! And why? Excellent Service by people who really care about me and my car.
My experience with Hyundai Servicing was quite different from the negative reviews, but I don't know if that's because my car is still under warranty with Hyundai. They handled a major repair (a rat having chewed through the all-important engine harness wire, which controls everything - which both they and my insurer said was extremely common) quickly and professionally, and were in constant contact with me about the status of the repair (which took several days).
