RecommendedWhile I had am greatly disappointed with Genesis road assistance when my car's battery died and I was left stranded for nearly two hours, the folks at Keyes Hyundai were wonderful getting my problem straightened out quickly when I finally got my car running. Brian, the General Manager, and John Shaw in service were outstanding in their support and efforts to get me back on the road safely.
Multiple sales people continue to contact you even while you are there. Prices and warranties change when you start signing then they dangle "trinkets" trying to get you back. I'm done with Keyes.
I've owned Hondas, Toyotas and Cadillacs. Keyes Hyundai service at the very least equals the best of those and beats two of the three. And John rates number one. Love the fact I can schedule it on line. Love being give a Lyft to get to work. And I really like being able to review and approve (or not) the service items on my mobile phone.
