what makes a Horrible dealership are the people working there. completely incompetent and not nice. There are way better Hyundai dealerships in LA. STAY AWAY FROM KEYES HYUNDAI

Keyes Hyundai is always good to inform you of everything the service staff finds about your car. They're also good at letting you know when your car is ready.
I always receive great service from John Shaw at Keyes. Even with a reduced staff and no appointment, I was in and out in no time.
Was confronted VERY abruptly by the GM Brian Sobel. Horribly dismissive and condescension. Bought my car and serviced there for years never experienced anything like this.
