To be sure selling your house is stressful! Susan worked with us with prepping everything, and by listing day were ready to go. Listed on Thursday night, Amy took care of interested parties over the weekend, and by Monday we were under contract. Susan and Amy guided and informed us of all the steps along the way up to and including closing in thirty days. A whirlwind of things had to lineup for this to happen, and somehow it all got done.
