service department is absolutely pathetic with customer satisfaction or concern , at least on our jeep Cherokee Latitude ! which I heard mid American bought several and have had same major engine problems. can't get a straight answer from them because the boss is never available.
Had a very positive experience. Worked with Jay who was very helpful, patient, and worked hard to get me into a great vehicle. Had some concerns about the body, but Jay has worked hard to get the issues resolved. I would recommend this dealership and Jay to my friends and family.
