key auto mall has now denied warranty/recalled repairs twice. first was a bent push rod which is an internal lubricated part which is directly covered under factory warranty. second was a rear ac compressor that has a service bulletin and is a know item for repair. both times I've told I'll be spending over a 1k. basically telling me to kick rocks. I would not recommend they're service side of business to anyone. ran by crooks. also they're sister company kimberly sold me a suv a couple years ago that they never possessed th... read more
I was dreading car shopping. I absolutely hate it!!!!! Mike Thompson at Key Auto Mall was absolutely exceptional! So so patient, not pushy in the least bit, and helped us find the perfect car within our budget! Would definitely recommend!
I've had a long term issue with my Mazda. I took it to Key Auto Mall and I will 100% be returning for all my car needs. The staff is friendly and pleasant. Major kudos to Scott Wheeler, Kyle Baker and Josh Lamaack. They've been awesome with assisting me getting my car fixed. I'd highly recommend their services.

Both buying used cars and service have been excellent at Key. Mike Tompson just sold us a very nice Denali and Josh in service always took very good care of the clunker we traded in. Sorry Josh we may not see you for a while.
