The service department is an absolute joke. my husband took his Dodge Ram truck in teo weeks ago for a leaking fuel line. TWO WEEKS LATER, IT IS STILL NOT DONE!! I will not be taking anything down to Key to ber serviced again. They didnt have the parts for the truck so they had to order them. the parts didnt come in together, and they blamed volunteers and the COVID-19 for it.
Mike Thompson was so helpful with my first car purchase ever!! He worked with me to get me my dream car and at an amazing price!! I would 10/10 recommend coming to see him!! I am so happy right now!
