Carlos Gomez was our salesman & he was great! Not pushy or overbearing like some salesmen can get! I had a very good experience from the Sales person, to all those who were on the sales floor to the business man who worked out the details for the loan. I already had in mine what I wanted and the sales manager was very good in getting what I wanted, and the sales man Randy, took care of all the details. I would without hesitation give them at least a 4.5 star.

I had a wonderful experience when searching for a car through KEY Auto Mall. There was no pressure from Mike Thompson and I felt comfortable through the whole process. We went in today looking for a new vehicle for my wife. Mike met us in the lot with a no pressure and asked a few questions. We had to leave but he said he would move the Jeep we were looking at up front and wait for us to return. When we returned he was very professional and helped us out right away. We ended up not getting the first Jeep we looked at, but Mike made sure we got a deal we could afford and he didn't push us into anythimg to make a bigger buck. Very good experience I will definitely go back.
