Was referred to Key Auto Mall form a friend. Came looking for a car on a budget. Mike Thompson came right out to see if I needed help. Kevin is an excellent and very professional salesman. Overall, my experience doing business with him was very good, he didn’t put pressure on me at all to purchase the vehicle, everything went very smooth. I highly recommend him and the dealership. They are nice, honest and easy to work with. I love my new truck!!
I absolutely hate car shopping and was dreading the whole experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were able to get the paperwork done. Randy Webster was our sales professional, and he did not disappoint. He was not pushy whatsoever, and did his best to get us a good deal on our trade- in and our purchase price for our "new" vehicle. I came into town to help my parents buy a new Buick Encore. We shopped around the area and luckily found Mike Thompson at Key. He and the team got my parents a great deal with no pressure.
