All I wanted was to look at the new models Jeep has out this year. Kevin Smith, a salesman at Key, came out and asked me what I needed. A few short hours later, he followed me home, in my new Jeep. I gave him a ride back to Key while he explained the new options on the Jeep. He even paired my phone to the Jeep.Great people there that will work with you.
I went to key auto mall with my mother in law in search a a vehicle and we spoke with Carlos Gomez. He did an awesome job helping us since the moment we walked in the door. He helped us purchase the right vehicle for her that was equipped with everything she was looking for! If you’re in search of a vehicle go speak to Carlos Gomez! He will try to work with you as much as he possibly can! He won’t let you down!
Today my son locked his keys in his jeep. I called right before parts was closing and Tom was nice enough to stay an extra ten minutes so I could get there and get the key made. Wanted to recognize him for such great customer service!!!
I want to give a big shout out to Service Advisor Casey Ferry. We brought my father-in-law's car in with some serious issues and she went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of!! Thank you Casey!!

I have always been a fan of Key, however my vehicle I purchased Memorial Day weekend started having some issues... My mechanic told me to go back to the dealership & today I did, every staff member & manager I encountered treated me as a priority, figured out what would rectify the issue & were all over it. Wayne took great care of us during our purchase & as always, Randy Allison took great care of me today. If you go anywhere besides Key, you’re doing yourself a disservice.
These people are great. I just stopped to get an oil change and asked about when I get my free one . they told me I get a free one after this oil change and Casey even back punched my card. Thanks Key.
Rick and Mike are going above and beyond for us! I had a team of people shopping for a 2017 Acadia Denali and they had the best price and customer service hands down. No need to shop anywhere else. They located and brought in the EXACT Acadia that we wanted. We didn't have to settle for anything we didn't want. Thanks again Rick, Mike and the entire staff at Key!!
