I just had a warranty repair on my 2018 Silverado at this location. I actually drove past two local dealerships because of West Jefferson's good reputation. I hiiiiighly recommend Cavender Buick Gmc I’m on my second Chevy and their service department is PHENOMENAL and sooooo innovative! They are a no nonsense business and I had the best time with video updates and the positive vibes! I went to the other dealership on San Pedro and left in tears they had zero customer service😢. Actually had a good time. Alot of fun driving new cars. Settled for the Terrain Denali. My car salesman was Kevin Black. He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked about every vehicle I wanted to inquire about. I did not feel rushed to buy anything so it made things easier to make decisions on what I wanted to do and how too. The manager Eddie also made me feel welcomed and made things possible.
