I am from Minneapolis, MN, My work Van went down, actually the transmission went out. Chris from the Service Center took care of me. He took over the situation that I had, he deal with many of calls that needed to care of my problem. Plus Chris help me to get my Rental Car to get back to Twin Cities with. He kept my posted on everything to when it was done. Keweenaw Chevrolet has an awesome customer service. Great group of people working there.
I called yesterday and spoke with Eric in the service dept when my check engine light on my traverse came on. They got me in within a few hours and my car was fixed within an hour. I was impressed with the service i received. 👍
